Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order number, is required.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Final sale or clearance merchandise
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please place a new order after initiating the refund process for the original item.
